Policies

Many of our listings are digital files. Print as many as you want at the comfort of your own home or at a store if you will.

Once payment of digital file(s) is/are received, we will email you the PDF files within usually 24 hours especially if we receive all the party information we need that's stated on the description, but allow up to 48 hours if customization is needed.
(If we have any questions from your order, we will send you an email to an email address that's associated with your PayPal. Please try to periodically check. And vice versa, please feel free to email us if you have any more inquiries.)
Please make sure you add our email: partyprintsandpieces@gmail.com to your email contacts to avoid it going to your spam mails.
The files will be emailed to the email address that is associated with your PayPal account.

The files will be in a High Resolution JPEG Image file.
TAKE NOTE: All printables are created in RGB color profile. And printing on a photo paper usually comes out darker and lighter on a regular paper or card stock. Color variations vary from monitor to monitor. All color shadings depends on the quality of your paper as well as your printer. I can create files in CYMK profile upon request.

Make sure there are no borders on your printers page set up or borders are unchecked when printing to avoid shinking the files.
We do have actual printed products/materials and other party supplies!

Our printed products are from Hong Kong.

Once payment of printed product(s) is/are received, we will ship to the address that is associated with your PayPal.

For printed products/materials, please allow up to 10 business days for shipping and handling. And they are sent via FedEx or DHL only.

Party supplies orders will be sent via regular postal mail unless expedite is requested.

Our apologies, but as of this time, Party Prints & Pieces cannot accept refunds and exchanges, please purchase seriously. Send us an email if you have any questions before purchasing.

We are not responsible for any losses or damages by the postal service.

For custom orders, don't hesitate to tell us exactly what you want and preferences. We will work with you until you are happy. :)

Custom orders prices are from $20.00 usd and requires a $10.00 deposit to begin.

Email us at partyprintsandpieces@gmail.com for custom orders and a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email once agreed to proceed.

** You do not need a PayPal Account to pay if you do not have one. Just go ahead and choose the PayPal Option during checkout where you submit your order by clicking "Pay Now" button. Then scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.**
All our files and products are for personal use only! Commercial use, file sharing, and reselling the design are not permitted.
